Toddler tee

I dyed this yarn to make something for Bump but decided I was in the mood for some mindless knitting so used a skein of it to make this top for Eli:

Of course getting an almost 2 year old to pose for photos isn't the easiest task in the world!

I think he likes it though :-)

Original blog post

I used just over 100g of aran weight yarn on 5.0mm needles. I finished it with simple k2p2 ribbing to stop the bottom curling up. If I make it again I think I'll do matching ribbing around the neckline as well. It comfortably fits my average sized almost 2 year old and was a lovely quick knit :-)

The matching skein of yarn is currently otn being turned into a teeny soaker for Bump :-)

Last few customs

I'm now 37 weeks so no longer taking on customs. I'm hoping to get a few instock items knitted up for Buy British Month but for now I want to make things for my babies :-)

These are the last few items I've made for customers:

Lilac Blossom longies

(I liked the way these knitted up so much that I made a smaller pair which will either be for Bump or BBM, not decided yet)

Girly scrappy shorties with gentle ruffle cuffs

Festival shorties, a gorgeous colourway from Pixieknits

Medium boys scrappy longies, one of my favourite pairs of scrappies I've knitted. Really pleased with how they turned out :-)
